Nearly at the end of the second week, well done dude!
Today is another chance to get outside and work to extend the amount of time you are running for.
The aim for today is to achieve the following:
5 x 1.5 minute run
2 minute walk between runs
If this is too much for you, or you can’t make it out, don’t sweat either go for a 20 minute walk or swim.
