Welcome to your second day!
Let’s get you moving some more and hopefully get some fresh air in your lungs.
Nice and simple one for today – go outside for a 20 minute walk, this can be accumulated during the day, so maybe 10 minutes at lunchtime and 10 minutes in the evening if you can’t achieve it in one go.
Take some time to notice your surroundings.
Ask yourself some questions:
What time of day is it?
What activity is happening around you?
How does your body feel after yesterday?
Any thoughts recurring?
How do you feel at the start and end of your walk?
If you can’t make it outside, can you get to a swimming pool and spend 20 minutes doing lengths?
