Get your joggers on it’s cardio day!
We are building up your endurance today so this is the plan:
2x Run 3 minutes, walk 1.5 minutes
2 x Run 5 minutes, walk 2.5 minutes
Don’t worry if you need to slow down, try to keep going to the end of the interval without stopping.
