Welcome to day 6!
Nearly at the end of the first week already!
Time for some more fresh air so go outside for 20 minutes of walking, this can be accumulated during the day, so maybe 10 minutes at lunchtime and 10 minutes in the evening if you can’t achieve it in one go.
Again, take some time to notice your surroundings.
Ask yourself some questions:
What time of day is it?
What activity is happening around you?
How does your body feel after yesterday?
Any thoughts recurring?
How do you feel at the start and end of your walk?
If you can’t make it outside, can you get to a swimming pool and spend 20 minutes doing lengths?
