Family Workout 1

Preparation Steps below

– 2 Bags for life or plastic bags per family member

– For young kids put some towels in each bag

– For adults put tins in the bags to desired weight

– 1 large towel per family member

– We’ll also do loads body weight stuff

– Ideally laptop to view plugged into TV (via HDMI or other)

– Turn off all internet devices in house to ensure good bandwidth

Preparation Steps below

– 1  Large Towel per Adult/Kid

– Ideally a ball or something to throw

– A long stick or brush per person

– A tin per person

– We’ll also do loads body weight stuff

– Ideally laptop to view plugged into TV (via HDMI or other)

– Turn off all internet devices in house to ensure good bandwidth

None, just get involved and start going stir crazy
