Peppered Cod with Roast Potatoes

Ingredients
Bag of Frozen White Fish – Cod or Haddock
Tin of Anti Pasto Peppers
Mushrooms
Potatoes
Parmesan Cheese

Utensils
2x Roasting dishes

Heat the oven t 220oC
Put a splash of oil in the largest roasting dish
Put in the oven to heat up

Chop the potatoes into smallish chucks (about an inch)
Once the oven is heated up and the pan is nice and hot, ad the potatoes
Set a timer for 10 minutes

Prepare the fish – add into the second dish

When the timer goes off add the frozen fish to the oven – turn the temp down to 180oC

Set the timer for 10 minutes

Slice the mushrooms

When the timer goes off take the fish out of the oven.
Add the mushrooms and pour the contents of the peppers over the top including the oil.

Set the timer for 10 minutes

Once the timer goes off, take everything out of the oven and plate up.

Serve with the Parmesan shaved over the top.
