Prepare Porridge

Great for starting the day off with a nutritious meal.

For 1 person (adjust the amounts accordingly, basically double the amount of liquid to oats!)

Ingredients
Oats
Milk
Water

Equipment
Cup
Saucepan
Spoon

Half Cup oats
One cup of milk and water mixed (adjust according to taste, for thicker porridge have more milk than water and for runnier porridge have more water than milk)

Add Oats and liquid to a saucepan
Heat on a low heat for approx 10 minutes until the oats have absorbed the liquid and reached the desired consistency

Serve with fruit and honey
