Quick Prawn Curry

This takes about 20 minutes, you can get as fancy as you want by adding different meats and veg.

Ingredients

Pack of frozen prawns
Tablespoon Peanut butter
Sachet of Coconut milk (I use Thai Taste)
Tablespoon of Curry Paste (again Thai Taste – either red or green)
Veg – anything really – Peppers and Leeks work well, I add whatever is in the fridge.

Utensils
Large frying pan (if you make it early use one with a lid)
Wooden Spoon
Chopping Knife
Chopping Board

All ingredients
1. Heat your pan
2. Add a splash of oil and your Curry Paste with a tablespoon of coconut milk and the Peanut butter. This is your base gravy

3. Allow it to cook so the aroma is released
4. Meanwhile prepare your veg

5. After a few minutes add the veg to the pan

6. Stir
7. Pour in the Coconut Milk

8. Allow to simmer for a few minutes
9. Add the prawns

10. Heat everything together while you prepare the rice
