Salt and Pepper Chicken

4 chicken breasts
1 Lemon
Good Sprinkling of Course Salt (Sea Salt is best)
1 heaped tablespoon coarsely Crushed Peppercorns (either bought or hit with a rolling pin)
2 tbsp oil

1. mix the salt and pepper together
2. Drizzle the chicken breast with a little lemon juice
3. Rub the salt and pepper evenly over the chicken breasts
4. Heat the oil in a large frying pan
5. Cook the chicken for approx. 6 minutes each side until it is cooked through
6. Serve with Salad and new potatoes
