There are good travel links to get you to most points on the River Wye.

About 2 weeks before the start of the trip we will set up a Whatsapp group to make sure all these needs are met and no stone is left unturned.

Participants will need to bring their SUP equipment and clothing

Food -

We will stop for lunch and several breaks for tea and nibbles on the journey 

Participants should also bring their own food and drink, we will provide warm drinks, biscuits and cake.

Any participant with specific dietary requirements must highlight these to us well in advanced of the journey.

Although this is trip is suitable for beginners, you will need to have completed an intro to sup course and/or also prove your SUP competence to us before the trip.

You need to bring a suitable SUP, leash, paddle and PFD along with suitable paddling clothing. We will need to check this before the trip.

We will provide quick release waist leashes to all clients.

Mark Lloydy aka "Lloydy" is head coach of Brawd Health and an experienced Water Skills Academy SUP Adventure Guide and Trainer.

Lloydy has vast experience coaching in various SUP disciplines (Touring, Surfing and even Monster SUP surfing) , he has been part of the forefront of UK SUP progression for over 10 years.

His passion for creating and delivering unique adventure experiences for small groups has seen him lead trips from Scotland to Portugal, Cornwall to West Wales on rivers, lakes, estuaries and open ocean.

He'll definitely make you laugh a lot and feel at ease from the moment you sign up.
