Warmup – do half of Part 1 slowly and controlled
Part 1
- 10 Squats
- 10 Pressups
- 10 Situps
- 10 Lunges
- 10 Tea-Towel Rows
[REST 2 MINS]
Part 2
- 3 minutes of Burpees
I’ve been under the weather for a little while, so I put this together to get things moving again. Just did it at home in living room!
It works on the whole body and this whole routine should take you no longer than about 30 mins.
This can be done by anyone and almost anywhere (no tea-towel? Grab onto a tree 🙂
